We offer kerbside delivery to our customers across Essex, North London, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, and Suffolk. Orders are grouped geographically and we aim to be as flexible as possible. The sacks are craned off our small lorry into the most convenient position as is practicable.
We aim to provide you with a day and either an AM or PM slot, however, to ensure optimum efficiency in the delivery process, any further accuracy is difficult to achieve. Once we have processed your order and confirmed a delivery date we ask for payment before delivery. In addition to this, we will have recorded any specific delivery instructions so you don't have to worry about where the firewood is placed.
Collection from our Timber Yard is possible if you have a suitably sized vehicle.
Disclaimer: Please note that when invited onto your private property to make a delivery, this will be at your own risk. Our drivers try to be as careful as possible, but some accesses are very awkward and accidents can occur using a large vehicle.
